Selected in the early twentieth century, it is now rediscovered as an exceptional cereal for its characteristics.
Rich in nutrients due to the presence of very deep roots that draw from the deeper layers of the soil, we cultivate it without pesticides.
Stone-milled, it is free from preservatives and chemicals, and has a low gluten content and is characterised by its richness in proteins, lipids, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
With a reduced gluten content, it is easily digestible and suitable for individuals with mild intolerances. The slow drying at low temperatures preserves the nutritional principles and organoleptic properties of the grain.
Half sleeves, large fusilli, fettuccine, penne, and half paccheri are the types we produce, suitable for everyday meals and for good gifts.

Made from our grapes and fruit, it is produced using only natural citrus pectin without additives, preservatives, or colourings.
The jams can be made from Bellone grapes, Nero Buono, and Yellow Kiwi.
